Everything I want to do right now comes down to a single line:
Build the body, build the mind.
Build the Body might be the single most important thing. Humans may live past a hundred. In a world of silicon-based full intelligence, your unique edge as a carbon-based being is the low-energy life form itself. The body is the infrastructure for everything. Sleep well, eat well, keep training.
Build the Mind doesn't mean learning more detailed knowledge. It means stepping back to build an engine that continuously generates methodology. I've been thinking by building — but the marginal benefit of build-to-think is shrinking. Not because building is useless, but because I need to reallocate between building and reflecting. I should spend more time reflecting on what I actually did, writing the methodology down, abstracting it.
There's a massive gap between knowing what to do and actually going all in. That gap itself might be the first methodology worth digging into.
Back from yoga (yeah, lazy Friday) — more strength and meditation in the next few days.
